We do not share any data about you for any other purpose than what is required to perform the background check in that country. Once the details of the background search are conducted, we share that information with our client who requested the background search on your behalf. All such entities are contractually obligated to use and maintain the confidentiality of your information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, which includes not sharing any such information with any other third parties. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, or required by law, we do not use or otherwise disclose any of your information provided or collected from our partners, sub-processors, or other sources.

All this information will be provided to our client, which is your current or potential employer, in one or more reports. We will only use this data to perform employment screening and credential verification services, including verifying the accuracy of Personal Information and checking references.
We are fully committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR" for all applicable personal data received from the European Union. In certain cases, we may need to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests from public authorities, such as meeting national security or law enforcement requirements.
Before we share the collected information with our clients, they must certify to us that:
